Hornington Manor is a Grade II listed manor house that is located in the sleepy village of Bolton Percy, nestled into the rolling North Yorkshire countryside. Lying approximately four miles east of Tadcaster, and close to the vibrant cities of Leeds and York, it is the perfect base from which to explore all that Yorkshire has to offer.

No further than a short 20 minute drive, the beautiful village of Boston Spa and the town of Wetherby offer a range of restaurants, bars, cafes, and historic markets and riverside walking spots, perfect for sunny days out without facing the city centre rush!

Leeds
Hornington Manor sits close to the unofficial capital of Yorkshire, Leeds! Simply hop on a train in York or drive to the many city centre car parks and enjoy a huge range of shops, restaurants and bars, not to mention the multiple museums, galleries, theatres and markets!
Tadcaster
With plenty of cosy pubs, the finest ales and traditional breweries, there is plenty to explore within Tadcaster. Situated just 5 minutes from Hornington Manor.

Take Junction 44 at A1 (M) onto the A64 towards York.
Exit onto the A659 towards Tadcaster
Go through Tadcaster
Turn right on to Oxton Lane at the third set of traffic lights
Follow the windy roads for 2.5 miles and Hornington Manor is the second farmhouse on the right. Keep an eye out for the double bend and 40mph sign as the turning is just after it.
